  MEDICARE - If you are insured by Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare or Private Insurance and you reside in South Carolina please call (803)926-1493 and ask for CHRIS CARPENTER. He can have an electronic claim filed for you so you can be reimbursed for the item you need. He will also gather the Medical documentation required.
